Max Reese

Owner/CEO

Our beloved founder, Max Reese is originally from Detroit, MI where she starred at the famed Bishop Borgess High School under legendary Coach Dave Mann. Max led Bishop Borgess to 2 State Championships while in High School, while also garnering Miss Basketball Honors during her Senior Campaign and being named to the USA Today All-American Team.

After one of the most celebrated careers in the history of girls basketball in the State of Michigan, Max continued her educational/basketball career at Michigan State University. Max became only the third player in Michigan State history to be named First Team All-Conference by the Coaches, garnering this honor during the 1998-1999 and the 1999-2000 campaign. She was named to an all conference team every year that she attended Michigan State University. Max then went on to be drafted by the Portland Fire in the 2000 WNBA Draft, where she enjoyed playing on multiple teams in the league.

Max ultimately played over 10 years of professional basketball in the WNBA as well as overseas. She has since shared her knowledge, passion, and love for the game with young basketball enthusiasts, serving as a Master Skills Trainer & Head Coach for several youth basketball programs for 7 years. Max recently started P.U.S.H Athletics, which focuses on skills training for all levels.

Known as one of the best skills trainers in DFW, Max's plan includes training collegiate & professional players, boys, girls, men & women, ultimately helping to guide their paths both on & off the court.
